MULTI-FUNCTION DESIGN
Food Delivery Robot - W20-2, is a smart robot because of the multi-function design. Voice broadcast, guests guiding, dishes presentation, meals ordering and delivery are fully automated. After the robot detects that the food you ordered has been placed, and receives the order to deliver the table number, it would automatically travel along the magnetic strip to the table corresponding to the table number, and send a verbal reminder to the customer at the same time. After the customer has removed the food, the robot would return to orbit in place and standby for meal pickup. In other words, it's able to serve customers in place of restaurant staffs.
SAFTY DESIGN
Thanks to the 3D Depth Cameras and Lidar! When encountering an obstacle, the Robot - W20-2 would automatically triggers the safety protection mechanism to stop the action and change the route if necessary. Also, a voice reminder would be issued.
